Cookie Policy

Last updated: 2026-05-13

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies Sentrovia uses, why we use them, and how you can control them. It supplements our Privacy Policy.

1. What cookies are

Cookies are small text files that a website stores on your device when you visit. They allow the site to remember you across page loads and visits. Sentrovia also uses similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage) for the same purposes; we group all of them under "cookies" in this policy.

2. Categories we use

Cookies are grouped into four categories. You can accept or reject each category independently from the cookie banner that appears on your first visit.

2.1 Strictly necessary (always on)

Required for the site to function — authentication, security, and core navigation. These cannot be rejected because the site won't work without them.

  • authjs.session-token — your sign-in session.
  • __Host-csrf / authjs.csrf-token — CSRF protection on auth flows.
  • coro-consent — remembers your cookie preferences so we don't keep asking.

2.2 Functional (off by default)

Remember your preferences across sessions — language, theme, layout.

2.3 Analytics (off by default)

Help us understand which features people use so we can improve them. We use privacy-preserving analytics that does not profile individuals.

2.4 Marketing (off by default)

Used by advertising platforms to measure campaign effectiveness if you arrive via a paid link. Off unless you explicitly opt in.

3. Controlling cookies

Use the consent banner on your first visit, or click "Cookie settings" in the page footer at any time to revisit your choices. You can also block cookies through your browser settings; doing so for "strictly necessary" cookies will prevent you from signing in.

4. Third-party cookies

We do not set third-party advertising cookies by default. If you choose to connect a third-party integration (e.g., a calendar or email integration), that third-party may set its own cookies governed by its own privacy policy.

5. Do Not Track

Our analytics platform respects the Do Not Track browser header. If your browser sends DNT: 1, analytics cookies are not set even if you accept them in the banner.

6. Changes

When we add or remove a cookie that materially changes our processing, we re-prompt for consent.
