July 8, 2026How to handle 'best answer' questions when two seem right?
On practice exams, I keep narrowing down to two options that both seem correct. I pick wrong 60% of the time. Is there a strategy for these?
The pattern is: look for the answer that EMPOWERS the team rather than DIRECTING them. 'Facilitate a team discussion' beats 'Tell the team what to do.' 'Remove the impediment' beats 'Escalate to management.' 'Coach the team member' beats 'Assign them different work.' Servant leaders enable, they don't command.
